Purpose:
Installation and sealing of window and door blocks; filling, sealing, sealing of holes, cracks and voids; fixing and insulation of pipes, technical and engineering communications;installation and sealing of wall panels, slopes, window sills; sealing, heat and noise insulation of premises, building and frame structures.
Before using:
- withstand the balloon for at least 12 hours at a temperature of +18 ° C - +20 ° C;
- shake the balloon vigorously for 30 seconds;
- remove the protective cover;
- screw the adapter with a polyethylene tube onto the balloon valve;
- turn the cylinder to the working position "BOTTOM UP"
Application:
The temperature of the cylinder during use: not lower than +18 ° C; working surfaces must be sufficiently moistened, cleaned of dust and dirt; apply foam by adjusting the output intensity
by pressing the adapter; take into account the dependence of foam characteristics on environmental conditions;
foam volume increase: 1.5-2.5 times; the time of complete polymerization depends on environmental conditions
and is at least 6-8 hours with a seam width of 30 mm and depth - 60 mm; primary
expansion - 70%, secondary - 150-250%; uncured foam is easily removed by universal
MARCON mounting foam cleaner or other solvents; frozen foam is removed
only mechanically; to preserve the physical and mechanical properties of the foam for a long time,
in order to avoid its destruction, it is necessary to protect the foam from UV rays and atmospheric precipitation (with PSUL tapes, waterproofing tapes, specialized sealants,
mastics, plaster solutions, etc.); do not apply to the surface, covered with frost or ice.
It is forbidden to heat the aerosol can above +50 °C!
Composition:
Contains 4,4’ - diphenylmethanediisocyanate, polyol component, hydrocarbon propellant,
dimethyl ether. It does not contain ozone-depleting foaming agents. The volume of the cylinder is 1000 ml.
The filling volume is 750 ml.
Disposal:
Do not burn the cylinder (even) empty, do not pierce, do not deform (do not crumple).
Dispose of the used balloon in a garbage container.
Storage and transportation:
Store and transport only in an upright position (with the valve facing up)! Cylinder
under pressure, do not open! Do not disassemble the balloon and do not give it to children! Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources! Protect from direct sunlight
and heating above +50 °C! Storage temperature range: from +5°C to +35 °C. Temperature
mode of transportation: -20°C to +35°C.
Expiration date:
18 months from the date of manufacture (see the production date on the bottom of the cylinder).

do not smoke, do not use an open fire and spark-generating equipment. Wear protective gloves and goggles before use. The contents of the balloon can cause irritation of the eyes, respiratory organs, skin, allergic reactions. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with
skin, rinse with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor. The foaming agent is heavier than air and belongs to combustible substances.
