Scope of application:
It is indispensable for cleaning applicator pistols and removing uncured mounting foam, fresh sealant stains and adhesives from various surfaces that are resistant to the action of acetone.
Ideal for degreasing steel surfaces before using silicones and polyurethanes.
Methods of application:
For washing off the dirt of the mounting foam from the surfaces
and flushing the valve of the cylinder and the gun:
- install the spray head on the cleaner valve;
- turn the cylinder UPSIDE DOWN;
- spray the product on fresh foam stains;
- after a few minutes, remove the dissolved stain with a dry cloth.
Attention! The cleaner can dissolve some plastic, varnished and painted surfaces.
For flushing the mechanism of the applicator gun:
- remove the foam cylinder from the gun;
- spray the cleaner on the gun adapter;
- attach the cleaner cylinder to the gun;
- rinse the gun by opening the adjusting screw on the gun and pressing the trigger of the gun until it stops, for 6 seconds.
Composition:
acetone, acetic acid esters, hydrocarbon propellant.
Cylinder volume: 650ml Filling volume: 500ml
Disposal:
The cylinder (even) empty, do not burn, do not pierce.
The used balloon should be thrown into a garbage container.
Storage and transportation:
Transport only in an upright position!
Protect from direct sunlight and heating above +50 ° C!
Pressurized container, do not open! Do not disassemble and do not give to children!
Storage temperature range: from +5°C to +35°C.
Temperature mode of transportation: -20°C to +35 °C.
Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture (see at the bottom of the cylinder)
Precautions:
Work in a well-ventilated area. In case of insufficient ventilation, use
respiratory protection. In rooms where spraying occurs, do not smoke, do not use an open fire and spark-generating equipment. Wear protective gloves and goggles before use. The contents of the balloon cause irritation to the eyes, respiratory organs, and skin. May cause allergies. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with
skin: wash off immediately with plenty of soap and water. In case of contact with eyes:
rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor. The foaming agent is heavier than air and
refers to combustible substances. Do not spray near open flames and incandescent objects!
