Universal lubricant for use in the production of reinforced concrete products and in monolithic housing construction for the lubrication of formwork and production forms of all types and materials.
A separating agent based on mineral oil with additives. It is a homogeneous liquid from yellow to brown in color. The smell is specific, not irritating. Contains corrosion inhibitors, does not contain solvents. It has good adhesion to laminated forms.
Terms of use:
Application temperature from -30 C to +100 C.
In the cold season, it is used in the state of delivery without additional heating. In the warm season, the use of 50% aqueous solution is allowed. It can be applied in any way: by brush (roller), watering, using a spray gun.
The approximate consumption when applied by spraying through nozzles with a hole size of 0.1-0.2 mm and a pressure of 4-5 bar is approximately 40-45 g/sq.m.
When pouring a product diluted with water, we recommend using a funnel, for example, with a copron filter.
