Purpose:
It is intended for fixing thermal insulation boards during the insulation of basements, foundations, ground floors, facades of buildings, for fixing PVC and wood panels, drywall
when finishing window, balcony and door slopes and other structures and structures.
Before using:
Withstand the balloon for at least 12 hours at a temperature of +18 ° C - +20 ° C;
Application:
Shake the cylinder thoroughly for at least 30 seconds; Remove the protective cover; Screw the gun
onto the cross-shaped threaded nozzle; Turn the cylinder over to the working position "BOTTOM UP".
The working position of the cylinder is BOTTOM UP. The glue is applied to one of the glued surfaces
Glue is applied: a) a snake with a diameter of 3 cm along the perimeter of the plate in one continuous strip
at a distance of 2 cm from the edge of the plate and along the middle b) strips with a diameter of 3 cm along the short side of the plate at a distance of 25-30 cm between the strips. After applying the glue
(up to 5 minutes), press the panel against the wall. The position of the plates can be adjusted within 5 min. depending on the environmental conditions. In the first 2 hours, in order to prevent the product being glued from sliding off the surface before the polymerization process is completed, the plate must be fixed with mechanical connecting elements /stops. After 2 hours, additional mechanical connecting elements can be removed, left or added, if necessary, according to the technical specification. Moistening the surface before applying the glue improves the quality of polymerization and accelerates the curing time of the glue. Further processing of the surfaces to be glued (sanding, plaster, painting, etc.) is possible after 60 minutes. The gaps between the plates
must be filled with glue. Cut off excess cured glue with a sharp tool.
Composition:
Contains 4,4’ - diphenylmethanediisocyanate, polyol component, hydrocarbon propellant,
dimethyl ether. It does not contain ozone-depleting foaming agents. The volume of the cylinder is 1000 ml.
The filling volume is 750 ml.
Disposal:
Do not burn the cylinder (even) empty, do not pierce, do not deform (do not crumple).
Dispose of the used balloon in a garbage container.
Storage and transportation:
Store and transport only in an upright position (with the valve facing up)! Cylinder
under pressure, do not open! Do not disassemble the balloon and do not give it to children! Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources! Protect from direct sunlight
and heating above +50 °C! Storage temperature range: from +5°C to +35 °C. Temperature
mode of transportation: -20°C to +35°C.
Expiration date:
18 months from the date of manufacture (see the production date on the bottom of the cylinder).

Work in a well-ventilated area. In rooms where spraying occurs,
do not smoke, do not use an open fire and spark-generating equipment. Wear protective gloves and goggles before use. The contents of the balloon can cause irritation of the eyes, respiratory organs, skin, allergic reactions. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with
skin, rinse with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a doctor. The foaming agent is heavier than air and belongs to combustible substances.
